Trend alert

This season is all about feminity. Skirts are everywhere, in a lot of shapes and colors, but the hottest trend is the long pencil skirt that goes down the knee. Unfortunetely this piece is very difficult because it's not always looking good on every woman's shape or hight. That's why you should use some tricks in order to wear your favorite skirt without making your shape look not so good.
A stripy fabric is always a good idea to make your legs look longer and thiner plus a pair of heels. This combination automatically makes an illusion of thiner and higher body and the outfit looks better on you. Another way is to put a zipper in front of the skirt in the middle of it, open it a little more over the knee and you're done.
Today, I'm wearing by Virginia skirt I made. As you'll see mine is striped too and also has a zipper, but I put it in the back. These skirts are very difficult when you want to walk. They are very tight and cut down the steps, so a little help in the back makes your moves effortless.
I chose to combine my look with gold detailed accessories! Big earrings and big belt (which is also a huge comeback this fall).
What do you think?
Enjoy..
